We spoke to Home Manager, Lisa Gray, about her time in Meadow View and the joy she gets from helping people every day.
She said:
"I love the feeling of seeing the residents smile, of giving them a bit of happiness, knowing I've given 100% before I leave the building.
"The wellbeing of the residents is very very important to me and if you ask any of the staff they will tell you the same thing.
"It's just giving them the feeling of being safe, the feeling that they're well looked after - it means a lot."
